Usually based on split-programs focusing on 2-3 muscle-groups at a time.\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eCardio:\u003c\/strong\u003e This can be either with focus on long-distance endurance training or short-distance power training or anything in between.\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eConditioning:\u003c\/strong\u003e The primary focus is to remove or reduce fat so your muscles will be more defined and clear. In other words, getting ripped!\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eFunctional:\u003c\/strong\u003e Strength-exercises using mostly your own bodyweight and TRX if available. We can focus on core-muscles, arms or legs\/glutes.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eStrength:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003eStrength-exercises using either free weights, machines, your own bodyweight or available equipment.
