About me

Hi everybody,

Welcome to my profile. My name is Danilo, I'm a personal trainer and fitness instructor in Munich, Germany.

I'm passionate about fitness and training, and I always do my best to motivate my clients. I have many years of experience as trainer, and I would be happy to share this with you and help you reach your goals. 

I'm available worldwide for online sessions and online coaching (1 or 3 months), and in Munich for physical 1-1 personal training and groups of 2 persons. The sessions will be in English, German, Portuguese, Spanish or Bulgarian.

Training information

I offer coaching in following types of training:

  • Back/Mobility: A series of exercises with special focus on strengthening your back and increasing your mobility.
  • Bodybuilding/Hypertrophy: This is a series of strength-training exercises with the purpose of increasing strength and building muscles. Usually based on split-programs focusing on 2-3 muscle-groups at a time.
  • Bodyshape: A series of exercises for the full body, mostly with focus on strength. 
  • Circuit Training: A high-intensity training with a number of stations, in which you do one exercise for a few minutes and then move to the next station with short or no rest in between. When the circuit (all stations) is completed, it can be repeated or changed. It targets strength building, muscular endurance, cardio and burns a lot of calories. Can be a form of HIIT.
  • Complete Body Workout: This is a mix of cardio and strength exercises for the full body.
  • Conditioning: The primary focus is to remove or reduce fat so your muscles will be more defined and clear. In other words, getting ripped!
  • Diet & Nutrition: This includes diet & nutrition plans, and general advices about calories, macros, etc.
  • Fatburning: As it says, we'll be burning fat and calories by getting your pulse up and make you sweat!
  • Functional: Strength-exercises using mostly your own bodyweight and TRX if available. We can focus on core-muscles, arms or legs/glutes.
  • HIIT: High-Intensity-Interval-Training is as the name says interval training with short intervals and short or no rest in between. Examples of HIIT can be Circuit Training and CrossFit.
  • Kettlebell: We will do a series of exercises using kettlebells.
  • Mobility: A series of exercises with special focus on agility and flexibility.
  • Powerlifting: This is a strength sport with focus on maximum weight on three lifts: Squat, bench press, and deadlift. As in the sport of Olympic weightlifting, it involves the athlete attempting a maximum weight single lift of a barbell loaded with weight plates.
  • Rehabilitation:  This is physical activities and exercises that help you recover, keep, or improve abilities that you need in your daily life, which you may have lost because of a disease or injury, or as a side effect from a medical treatment.
  • Strength: Strength-exercises using either free weights, machines, your own bodyweight or available equipment. We can focus on either upper body, legs and glutes, or do a a full-body workout.
  • Stretching: Calm exercises with focus on increasing your flexibility.

    Above are the standard programmes, but feel free to let me know if you have any specific wishes or areas you want to focus on, then I will do my best to accommodate it. We can also do a combination/mix of the different types of training.

    I also offer Online coaching for 1 or 3 months. This includes following:

    • Nutrition and diet plans
    • Weekly status check-up
    • General tips and advices

    If minimum 2 persons have not signed up latest by 1 hour before the start of the session, I will contact you to either reschedule or offer you a full refund.

    3x1 hour: This package is 3x1 hour.

    6x1 hour: This package is 6x1 hour.

    The price is per month and includes following:
