About me

Hi everybody,
Welcome to my profile. My name is Christian, I'm a personal trainer in Copenhagen, Denmark.
I'm very passionate about fitness and training, and I always strive to motivate and give the best to my clients, 

I can help you reach your goal, whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, or want to loose weight or build muscles.

I'm available for Online Coaching as 1-1 Personal-coaching and Groups of 2 persons. The coaching will be in Danish or English.

Training information

I offer online coaching only, with focus on either training or diet & nutrition, or a combination of both. If you select the combination of both, it includes following:

  • Talk about your goal
  • Training programmes
  • Nutrition and diet plans
  • Weekly status check-up
  • General tips and advices

Here is a description of the types of training my programmes can be based on, depending on you goal and wishes:

  • Bodybuilding/Hypertrophy: This is a series of strength-training exercises with the purpose of increasing strength and building muscles. Usually based on split-programs focusing on 2-3 muscle-groups at a time.
  • Cardio: This can be either with focus on long-distance endurance training or short-distance power training or anything in between.
  • Conditioning: The primary focus is to remove or reduce fat so your muscles will be more defined and clear. In other words, getting ripped!
  • Diet & Nutrition: This includes diet & nutrition plans, and general advices about calories, macros, etc.
  • Fatburning: As it says, we'll be burning fat and calories by getting your pulse up and make you sweat!
  • Functional: Strength-exercises using mostly your own bodyweight and TRX if available. We can focus on core-muscles, arms or legs/glutes.
  • Strength: Strength-exercises using either free weights, machines, your own bodyweight or available equipment. We can focus on either upper body, legs and glutes, or do a a full-body workout.

Above are the standard programmes, but feel free to let me know if you have any specific wishes or areas you want to focus on, then I will do my best to accommodate it. We can also do a combination/mix of the different types of training.
