About me

Hello everybody,

Welcome to my profile. My name is Bety, I'm a personal trainer and fitness instructor. I'm originally from Argentina, but now I live in Copenhagen, Denmark.

I have always been fascinated about fitness and training, especially ballet, dance, tango and yoga. I really enjoy working as a personal trainer and fitness instructor and I would be happy to help you reach your goal. 

I'm available worldwide for online sessions, online coaching (monthly) and online zoom classes (40 minutes), and in Copenhagen for physical 1-1 personal training, groups of 2 persons and classes of 3+ persons. The sessions will be in English, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish.

Training information

I offer coaching in following types of training:

  • Ballet: This is a classical dance form demanding grace and precision and employing formalized steps and gestures set in intricate, flowing patterns to create expression through movement.
  • Circuit Training: A high-intensity training with a number of stations, in which you do one exercise for a few minutes and then move to the next station with short or no rest in between. When the circuit (all stations) is completed, it can be repeated or changed. It targets strength building, muscular endurance, cardio and burns a lot of calories. Can be a form of HIIT.
  • Contemporary Dance: This is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet. During the lesson we strive to connect the mind and the body through fluid dance movements.
  • Dance: General dance lesson with movements to the rhythm of music. It can be with or without a partner, and we will practice the techniques based on your level.
  • Latin Dance: This dance-style origins from Latin America and is characterized by energetic and sensual movements to the rhythm of Latin music. Examples of latin dances are Cha-Cha-Cha, Rumba, Jive, Paso Doble, Samba, Salsa, Bachata, etc. It is normally with a partner, and we will practice the techniques based on your level.
  • Meditation: Calm exercises focusing on breathing techniques to help calm and quiet the mind, while releasing stress and tension.
  • Pilates: Exercises which concentrates on strengthening your body with focus on core strength. Improves posture, balance and flexibility.
  • Rehabilitation: This is physical activities and exercises that help you recover, keep, or improve abilities that you need in your daily life, which you may have lost because of a disease or injury, or as a side effect from a medical treatment.
  • Tango: This is a sensual ballroom dance of Latin American origin with a basic pattern of step-step-step-step-close and characterized by long pauses and stylized body positions. It uses body dissociation for the leading, walking with firm ground contact, and a permanent combination of on- and off-beat rhythm.
  • Stretching: Calm exercises with focus on increasing your flexibility.
  • Yoga: Calm exercises using your own bodyweight with focus on strength and flexibility.

Above are the standard programmes, but feel free to let me know if you have any specific wishes or areas you want to focus on, then I will do my best to accommodate it. We can also do a combination/mix of the different types of training.

Online coaching

I offer Online coaching on a monthly basis. This includes following:

  • Talk about your goal
  • Training programmes
  • Diet & Nutrition plans
  • Weekly status check-up
  • General tips and advices

Online zoom class - 1x40 minutes 

I offer 40 minutes online zoom classes, I will contact you within 24 hours after you have made the booking to coordinate the date and time for the session.

    Select this option if you are alone and you don't want any other persons to attend. This is 1-1 personal training.

    Group: 2 persons: This category is for 2 persons only.

    Select this option if you are 2 persons, or if you are alone and you don't mind another person will attend as well.

    If minimum 2 persons have not signed up latest by 1 hour before the start of the session, I will contact you to either reschedule or offer you a full refund.

     

    #class3persons

    Class: 3+ persons: This category is for 3 persons or more.

    Select this option if you are minimum 3 persons, or if you are alone or 2 persons and you don't mind other persons will attend as well.

    If minimum 3 persons have not signed up latest by 1 hour before the start of the session, I will contact you to either reschedule or offer you a full refund.

    Package

    #1hour

    1 hour: This package is 1 hour only.

    I will contact you within 24 hours after you have made the booking to coordinate the date and time for the session. 

    #3x1hour

    3x1 hour: This package is 3x1 hour.

    I will contact you within 24 hours after you have made the booking to coordinate the date and time for the sessions.

    #6x1hour

    6x1 hour: This package is 6x1 hour. 

    I will contact you within 24 hours after you have made the booking to coordinate the date and time for the sessions.

    • Meeting/conference rooms at hotels
