Hello everyone,
Welcome to my profile. My name is Caroline, I’m a passionate athlete who have been active in the fitness industry for over 10 years.
My “big love” for sport started with DANCING. Since the age of 5, almost everything in my life has revolved around rhythmic movements to music; from jazz dance, modern dance, street dance and hip hop to Latin dance. As a teenager, I stood on several show stages and danced with Detlef D!’s Danceschool and others at The Dome and other music TV shows.
For ten years now, my heart has been beating for Zumba Fitness as one of the first instructors in Berlin. At the same time, I became more and more oriented towards sports and fitness. I always give full power during my training, both in classes and PT.
I have managed to turn my hobby into a profession and I love to inspire my clients, not only with my professional and qualified way of working with training, but especially with lots of positive energy, motivation and commitment. I’m a role model and a real power woman for many people, which I’m very thankful for.
Through my studies in business psychology (M.Sc.) I have gained the expertise and the necessary know-how in coaching. In addition, I’m an excellent listener, mentor and advisor, not only in the field of “sport, health and nutrition”, but also in general.
My goal is to accompany people individually on their way to a better and healthier lifestyle with fitness. My personal motto is: "Happy body - happy mind".
I’m convinced about this: "Regular fitness training does not only make you fit and sexy - exercising can help remove stress at work and in your private life."So: Let's start and sweat!
I'm available for personal-training, group and classes. The sessions will be in English, German, Polish, or Spanish.
Training information
I offer coaching in following types of training:
- Cardio: This can be either with focus on long-distance endurance training or short-distance power training or anything in between.
- Complete body workout: This is a mix of cardio and strength exercises for the full body.
- Fatburning: As it says, we'll be burning fat and calories by getting your pulse up and make you sweat!
- Functional: Strength-exercises using mostly your own bodyweight and TRX if available.
- Pilates: Exercises which concentrates on strengthening your body with focus on core strength. Improves posture, balance and flexibility.
- Strength: Strength-exercises using either free weights, machines, your own bodyweight or available equipment. We can focus on either upper body, legs and glutes, or do a a full-body workout.
- Stretching: Calm exercises with focus on increasing your flexibility.
- Zumba: Powertraining with rhythmic movements to music.
Above are the standard programmes, but feel free to let me know if you have any specific wishes or areas you want to focus on, then I will do my best to accommodate it. We can also do a combination/mix of the different types of training.
