Training information
I offer coaching in following types of training:
Boxing Training- We start with a warm-up which includes a combination of cardio training and exercises to warm-up your muscles. Then we will through following areas:
- Circle training: Cardio, jumping rope, strength-exercises.
- Boxing technique: We will go through the correct techniques of straight punches, hooks, and uppercuts.
- Sparring: We will do series with combinations of the above techniques.
- At the end of the session we will do stretching and I will give you good tips for continuing your training.
- We start with a warm-up which includes a combination of cardio training and exercises to warm-up your muscles.
- Then we will go through a series of functional training exercises and do a full-body workout.
- If available, we will do various TRX-exercises, especially focusing on core-muscles.
- At the end of the session we will do stretching and I will give you good tips for continuing your training.

Group: 2 persons: This category is for 2 persons only.
Select this option if you are 2 persons, or if you are alone and you don't mind another person will attend as well.
If minimum 2 persons have not signed up latest by 1 hour before the start of the session, I will contact you to either reschedule or offer you a full refund.

1 hour: This package is 1 hour only.

#3x1hour
3x1 hour: This package is 3x1 hour.
Select the location, date and time in the calendar for the first session, and then we will afterwards agree when the next 2 sessions will be.
Or select "To be agreed" in the Location menu if you prefer to agree the location, date and time directly with me. I will contact you within 24 hours after you have made the booking to coordinate this.

6x1 hour: This package is 6x1 hour.
Select the location, date and time in the calendar for the first session, and then we will afterwards agree when the next 5 sessions will be.
