About me

Hello everybody,

Welcome to my profile. My name is Juliana, I'm a personal trainer and fitness instructor in Milano, Italy.

I have always been very fascinated about fitness and training, especially bodybuilding/hypertrophy, posing, powerlifting and strength training in general. My passion for this has led to great experiences and results as a professional natural athlete (Figure category) at fitness competitions in many countries, for example gold medals in Italy, UK, Germany and recently at the WNBF World Championships in New York, USA, where I became the overall winner and World Champion in the FitBody category.

During my preparation for competitions and many years of training I have gathered a lot of knowledge and experience, and I would be happy to share this with you and assist you reach your goal, whether you are completely new to fitness and training, or an experienced athlete preparing for a competition. I always strive to motivate my clients, and I do my best to help them become the best version of themselves.

*Important note: I'm a natural athlete, which means that I have never taken any harmful or illegal supplements or drugs, and I do not support or want to be involved in this. If you book me for training or coaching, it is important for me that you understand and share the same opinion as me about this, thank you.

I'm available worldwide for online sessions and online coaching (monthly), and in Milano for physical 1-1 personal training. The sessions will be in Italian.

Training information

I offer coaching in following types of training:

  • Bodybuilding/Hypertrophy: This is a series of strength-training exercises with the purpose of increasing strength and building muscles. Usually based on split-programs focusing on 2-3 muscle-groups at a time.
  • Cardio: This can be either with focus on long-distance endurance training or short-distance power training or anything in between.
  • Circuit Training: A high-intensity training with a number of stations, in which you do one exercise for a few minutes and then move to the next station with short or no rest in between. When the circuit (all stations) is completed, it can be repeated or changed. It targets strength building, muscular endurance, cardio and burns a lot of calories. Can be a form of HIIT.
  • Complete Body Workout: This is a mix of cardio and strength exercises for the full body.
  • Conditioning: The primary focus is to remove or reduce fat so your muscles will be more defined and clear. In other words, getting ripped!
  • Diet & Nutrition: This includes diet & nutrition plans, and general advices about calories, macros, etc.
  • Fatburning: As it says, we'll be burning fat and calories by getting your pulse up and make you sweat!
  • Functional: Strength-exercises using mostly your own bodyweight and TRX if available.
  • Posing: This is especially useful for athletes who want to participate in fitness competitions. I primarily focus on the fitness categories: Bikini, Figure, FitBody and Men's Physique, where there are four mandatory poses: Front, left side, back, right side. These poses are connected via quarter turns. We will practice the poses based on your level, whether you are a beginner learning it for the first time, or an experienced athlete who wants to improve and make your posing perfect.
  • Powerlifting: This is a strength sport with focus on maximum weight on three lifts: Squat, bench press, and deadlift. As in the sport of Olympic weightlifting, it involves the athlete attempting a maximum weight single lift of a barbell loaded with weight plates.
  • Strength: Strength-exercises using either free weights, machines, your own bodyweight or available equipment. We can focus on either upper body, legs and glutes, or do a a full-body workout.

Above are the standard programmes, but feel free to let me know if you have any specific wishes or areas you want to focus on, then I will do my best to accommodate it. We can also do a combination/mix of the different types of training.
