About me

Hello everybody,
My name is Nataliya. I'm passionate about all sports and different movement practices. 

My love for movement began when I attended my first dance class when I was 5 years old. I practiced traditional Bulgarian dances for 8 years, adding 2 years of Latin dances as well. Later on in high school I focused on Volleyball and Kick Boxing. After several years, I suffered an injury, and at the age of 17 I discovered yoga. The practice that helped me recover much quicker than everyone anticipated. The physical aspect of yoga helped me strengthen my body again, and the mental aspect allowed me overcome my fears, and be able to go back to my active daily routines. 

I have been a yoga practitioner for over 12 years now. For the past 5 years I have attended several trainings in India which helped me deepen my knowledge in the yoga practices. I have a background in Ashtanga and Hatha yoga. Applying those practices in our daily life, has a great impact on both our mental and physical body. I love sharing my knowledge with others, and helping them improve both physically and mentally through the practices. 

In the past 3 years, I have been studying and exploring the animal flow and mobility practices. Attending different workshops and seminars and being inspired by one of the best in this area - Cameron Shayne. 

In my classes, you will find a mixture of yoga, movement, mobility, breathing practices, meditation, animal flow. Building both strength and flexibility, finding challenges and finding balance. Through the practices I want to help you become stronger and more confident. The way we feel from the inside, is what projects on the outside. I want to help you bring the best out of you. 

In the past several years I have been teaching in India, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Germany and numerous yoga retreats worldwide. I have done several courses and trainings in Ayurveda, Nutrition and Psychology (Personal coaching).

I'm available worldwide for online sessions and online zoom classes (up to 60 minutes), and in Munich for physical 1-1 personal training, groups of 2 persons and classes of 3+ persons. The sessions will be in English or Bulgarian.  

 

Training information

I offer coaching in following types of training:

  • Back/Mobility: A series of exercises with special focus on strengthening your back and increasing your mobility.
  • HIIT: High-Intensity-Interval-Training is as the name says interval training with short intervals and little or no rest in between. Examples of HIIT can be Circuit Training and CrossFit, but there are many variants.
  • Meditation: Calm exercises focusing on breathing techniques to help calm and quiet the mind, while releasing stress and tension.
  • Mobility: A series of exercises with special focus on agility and flexibility.
  • Stretching: Calm exercises with focus on increasing your flexibility.
  • Yoga: Calm exercises using your own bodyweight with focus on strength and flexibility.

    Above are the standard programmes, but feel free to let me know if you have any specific wishes or areas you want to focus on, then I will do my best to accommodate it. We can also do a combination/mix of the different types of training.

      Online zoom class - 1x40 minutes 

      I offer 40 minutes online zoom classes, I will contact you within 24 hours after you have made the booking to coordinate the date and time for the session.

        Select this option if you are 2 persons, or if you are alone and you don't mind another person will attend as well.

        If minimum 2 persons have not signed up latest by 1 hour before the start of the session, I will contact you to either reschedule or offer you a full refund.

        Class: 3+ persons: This category is for 3 persons or more.

        Select this option if you are minimum 3 persons, or if you are alone or 2 persons and you don't mind other persons will attend as well.

        1 hour: This package is 1 hour only.
