About me

Hello everyone,

Welcome to my profile. My name is Vanessa, I'm a Personal Trainer based in London, UK.

Fitness has always been a big passion for me, but I never saw a real change in my physique until I started lifting weight. Therefore, my focus is especially on strength training, which means building lean muscle and fat burning. I can also help if you have postural issues - especially back or shoulder pain or discomfort.

I would be happy to share my experience with you and help you to reach your goals, whether you are completely new to fitness and training, or an experienced athlete. I'm an athlete myself, preparing for a natural physique competition, so I know first-hand what it requires and I'll be happy to guide you on the way if you have similar ambitions.

I'm available worldwide for online sessions, online coaching (monthly) and online zoom classes (40 minutes), and in London for physical 1-1 personal training and groups of 2 persons. The sessions will be in English.

Training information

I offer coaching in following types of training:

  • Back/Mobility: A series of exercises with special focus on strengthening your back and increasing your mobility.
  • Bodybuilding/Hypertrophy: This is a series of strength-training exercises with the purpose of increasing strength and building muscles. Usually based on split-programs focusing on 2-3 muscle-groups at a time.
  • Complete Body Workout: This is a mix of cardio and strength exercises for the full body.
  • Diet & Nutrition: This includes diet & nutrition plans, and general advices about calories, macros, etc.
  • Fatburning: As it says, we'll be burning fat and calories by getting your pulse up and make you sweat!
  • HIIT: High-Intensity-Interval-Training is as the name says interval training with short intervals and short or no rest in between. Examples of HIIT can be Circuit Training and CrossFit.
  • Kettlebell: We will do a series of exercises using kettlebells.
  • Posture: Having good posture is about more than just looking good. It helps you to develop strength, flexibility, and balance in your body, which can lead to less muscle pain and more energy. Proper posture also reduces stress on your muscles and ligaments, which reduces the risk of injuries. Exercises will mostly be done using your own bodyweight or a light resistance band.
  • Power Walking: This is an exercise technique that emphasizes speed and arm motion as a means of increasing health benefits. It is good for your cardiovascular health, joint health, and emotional well-being. We will normally be walking with a speed of 7 to 9 km/h (4.5 to 5.5 mph).
  • Strength: Strength-exercises using either free weights, machines, your own bodyweight or available equipment. We can focus on either upper body, legs and glutes, or do a a full-body workout.

      Above is the standard programme, but feel free to let me know if you have any specific wishes or areas you want to focus on, then I will do my best to accommodate it. We can also do a combination/mix of the different types of training.

      I offer Online coaching on a monthly basis. This includes following:

      • General tips and advices

      Online zoom class - 1x40 minutes 

      I offer 40 minutes online zoom classes, I will contact you within 24 hours after you have made the booking to coordinate the date and time for the session.

      Select this option if you are 2 persons, or if you are alone and you don't mind another person will attend as well.

      If minimum 2 persons have not signed up latest by 1 hour before the start of the session, I will contact you to either reschedule or offer you a full refund.

      1 hour: This package is 1 hour only.

      3x1 hour: This package is 3x1 hour.

      6x1 hour: This package is 6x1 hour.
